Grants Manager, Post-Award & Compliance

Westside Family Healthcare is seeking a Grants Manager to lead post-award administration, financial monitoring, and compliance for federal and other grant-funded programs. The role oversees the full post-award lifecycle, ensuring grants are administered in accordance with federal, state, and organizational requirements. This is an individual contributor position focused on day-to-day grant administration, budget monitoring, financial reporting, and audit readiness.
