About this role

The Grants Manager oversees the full lifecycle of a portfolio of 30–50 government, corporate, foundation, and individual awards and subawards, ensuring organizational compliance with donor terms and applicable regulations. The role supports pre- and post-award processes, risk identification and mitigation, and builds institutional capacity by training and advising cross-functional teams. This is a remote, manager-level position reporting to the Senior Manager, Grants Management with international travel required 2–3 times per year.
