About this role
The Grants Manager at IRC Ukraine supports efficient grants and project cycle management, business development, reporting, and partnerships for assigned grants. The role ensures donor compliance and coordination across teams to keep projects on time, on budget, and on scope, while strengthening grants management capacity within IRC and partner organizations. The position reports to the Senior Donor Engagement and Business Development Coordinator and works closely with program, finance, partnerships and MEAL teams.
