The Company is seeking a full-time Grants Manager to lead grants management processes for the philanthropic programs of the family and the family’s foundations. This role involves overseeing the full grant cycle, from pre-award to post-award management, for a high volume of grants. The position reports to the Associate Director and focuses on Arts, Local Communities, Education, the Environment, and Global Impact.
Flexibly Focused is a Chicago-based consultancy led by Allison Lipsman that provides strategy, board governance, executive search, and development support to nonprofits and philanthropic organizations. They partner with established and earlier-stage nonprofits and private foundations, working with staff and board leadership on strategic planning, governance, fundraising, and organizational change.
