Grants Manager

Ava Community Energy is seeking a Grants Manager to develop and implement its grants strategy for customer programs, managing a $10M grant portfolio and overseeing the full grant lifecycle from strategy development to closeout. The role involves leading grant issuance, managing grantees, preparing reports, and identifying external funding opportunities to support and expand customer programs. The position reports to the Vice President of Local Development, Electrification and Innovation and requires strong project management and analytical skills.
