The Grants Manager provides comprehensive oversight and management of FoundCare’s grant-funded programs, including Ryan White initiatives and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) programs. The role involves monitoring program deliverables and income, preparing progress reports, overseeing insurance enrollment, and supporting linkage and SDOH teams to ensure compliance and successful execution. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage grant requirements and financial oversight in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
