Hardman Signs is seeking a creative and technically-minded Graphic Designer to join their Houston team, blending high-level artistic concepting with a deep understanding of sign manufacturing and installation. This role manages the full design lifecycle, from initial client ideation and conceptual branding to creating precise, fabrication-ready shop drawings. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are visually impactful, structurally sound, and compliant with local codes and ADA standards.
