Grateful Patient Programs Director

The Grateful Patient Programs Director leads the strategy, implementation, and day-to-day operations of a comprehensive, relationship-based grateful patient and family fundraising program across the health system. This role partners with frontline fundraising teams, physicians, and clinical leaders to build a robust pipeline, accelerate major gifts, and strengthen a culture of philanthropy. The Director establishes training, marketing, oversight, and performance dashboards to ensure a best-in-class program aligned with HIPAA and institutional policies.
