Gravure Proof Press Operator

This position operates gravure proof presses to create strike offs for Studio and manufacturing, while also managing off-line embosser operations and assisting the hand screen department. The role involves collaborating closely with the product development team to improve efficiencies in commercial and residential new product development and manufacturing processes. The individual is responsible for maintaining equipment, following standard operating procedures, and ensuring timely completion of product development timelines.
