Gray Media Sales Training Program Summer '27 - KWCH

This part-time Sales Training Program offers a 10-week hands-on internship experience designed to teach the fundamentals of media sales and build transferable career skills. Participants will learn to prospect for new business, practice cold calling, build client presentations, and support digital and broadcast sales strategies under the guidance of experienced executives. The program is ideal for curious and competitive college students, preferably seniors, interested in sales, marketing, or media who want real-world experience rather than just shadowing.
