Grease Trap Technician

This position is responsible for maintaining grease traps located inside restaurants and supermarkets, including locating, uncovering, and diagnosing problems, as well as pumping grease and ensuring traps are fully operational. The role involves effective communication with customers, preparing for service jobs, and responding to emergency calls. The technician must comply with safety regulations and work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
