Greater China Learning Partner

The Learning Partner, M&S is a Greater China–based role within Sanofi’s Global Learning Organization that supports the company’s ambition to build a tech-enabled learning ecosystem. The role sits in the Talent Management function of People & Culture and partners with Learning Institutes, business leaders, and in-market stakeholders to align local learning initiatives with Sanofi’s strategy. It reports to the Head of Local Learning East and focuses on making learning accessible and relevant for local populations.
