As a Loss Prevention Assoc. at Meijer, you serve as the primary deterrent for theft at store entrances and exits by actively engagement with customers. Your role involves validating receipts, recovering unpaid merchandise, and resolving alarms to prevent internal and external shoplifting incidents. You remain vigilant to identify unsafe conditions, de-escalate conflicts, and document theft and safety activities to ensure a secure environment for staff and shoppers.
