Grievance Coordinator

Baystate Health is seeking a Grievance Coordinator to join the Quality & Patient Safety team, serving as a liaison between patients, families, and the organization for the intake, investigation, and resolution of complaints. The role utilizes emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution skills to advocate for patients, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities to improve the patient experience. This position supports timely, objective resolutions and helps turn patient concerns into service recovery and improvement opportunities.
