Ground Operations Crew (BUF)

The Ground Operations Crew is responsible for loading and unloading customer bags, operating ground service equipment, and coordinating the servicing of arriving and departing aircraft. This role involves assisting with ramp service duties, preparing aircraft cabins for departure, and providing customer support when needed. Crewmembers must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and proficient in using computers.
