Ground-Scanning Technology Research Lead

This role leads the market and feasibility response for ground-scanning methods applicable to dense urban underground infrastructure in New York City. The position involves comparing various non-destructive sensing approaches, documenting technical specifications and constraints, and developing evidence-based recommendations for a secure 3D data-sharing platform. The consultant will produce defensible documentation and address feasibility, accuracy, and security considerations for public-sector requirements.
