Ground School Instructor

The Ground School Instructor supports the ERJ training program by delivering aircraft and company-specific ground training in accordance with the approved Part 135 Pilot Training Program and Company SOPs. This role ensures flight crew members are prepared to safely and effectively complete simulator training and associated qualification events. The position involves facilitating classroom instruction, administering knowledge assessments, and coordinating with various departments to support training execution and standardization.
