Groundperson

The Groundperson works under the supervision of the area General Foreperson to perform switching, maintenance, and construction of substation equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with company and customer procedures. The role involves ground-level tasks such as clearing work areas, excavating, assembling materials, operating various tools, and communicating with property owners, with work hours that may extend into nights and exceed a standard eight‑hour day.
