Grounds Lead

The Grounds Lead facilitates daily and weekly projects to meet deadlines, providing training for Grounds Attendants and ensuring efficient and safe landscaping and snow removal duties around the resort. The role involves directing ground attendants, maintaining detailed records of work done for the resort and Homeowner Associations, and ensuring the safety of guests by clearing walkways of snow and ice. This position requires operating heavy equipment and power tools, conducting pre-task planning meetings, and monitoring storm drains. The Grounds Lead also assists in personnel management and ensures the implementation of training on all power equipment usage in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
