Grounds Maintenance and Sanitation Worker

This role is responsible for the maintenance of grounds, sanitation, and trash collection for Eliada Homes, Inc. under the supervision of the Facilities Director. The position involves mowing lawns, trimming hedges, clearing debris, and ensuring the cleanliness of roads and walks during winter. The worker must also maintain equipment and perform other assigned tasks to support the organization's facilities.
