Grounds Maintenance Lead

Challenge Enterprises of North Florida is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Commercial Grounds Maintenance Project Manager to oversee a commercial grounds maintenance project and supervise a crew of up to four employees. This hands-on role combines crew supervision and training, customer service, scheduling, payroll administration, equipment operation and upkeep, safety oversight, and project performance. The position reports directly to the Senior Project Manager and has authority to hire and terminate personnel with the Senior Project Manager’s consent.
