Grounds Maintenance

This role is responsible for maintaining the grounds under the direction of the Grounds Maintenance Supervisor, utilizing various methods and equipment to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. The position involves operating commercial-grade power equipment, managing snow removal, and applying pesticide and fertilizer programs while mitigating environmental impacts. The employee will also maintain irrigation systems, plant and care for shrubs, trees, and turf, and perform general maintenance and repair duties on equipment and buildings.
