Grounds Superintendent

This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in maintaining the grounds and keeping the golf course turf in playing condition. The role focuses on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while achieving the operating budget through effective management of day-to-day operations and the grounds team. The incumbent ensures exceptional customer service and manages human resource activities to support successful daily operations.
