Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper ensures the community meets appearance and operational standards by maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, amenities, and common areas. This role involves assisting with the preparation of vacant apartments for new residents and completing resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. The position also requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
