Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the Three Pillars Campus grounds, including landscaping, planting, and snow removal, while also assisting with facility maintenance and equipment upkeep during off-seasons or inclement weather. The role involves performing preventative maintenance on groundskeeping vehicles and campus buildings, ensuring compliance with state regulations and OSHA standards, and documenting all work in the CMMS. The position requires a valid Wisconsin driver's license, physical stamina for outdoor and maintenance tasks, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and handle various facility repair requests.
