Groundsperson

The Groundsperson is responsible for maintaining the overall curb appeal, cleanliness, and appearance of the community through groundskeeping duties, trash removal, and exterior maintenance. This role involves performing minor repairs, assisting with snow and ice removal, and ensuring the physical asset is kept in good condition and sanitary. The position also requires managing cleaning supply inventories and supporting the safe and efficient operation of the community.
