Group Development Worker

This role focuses on growing and strengthening peer support opportunities across Derbyshire by empowering individuals with lived experience of mental ill health to connect and support one another. The position involves building partnerships with local organizations, facilitating community groups, and promoting co-production to ensure services are shaped by those with lived experience. It requires a driver with business insurance to travel across the region and engage with diverse communities.
