About this role

The Group Director, People Strategy will lead a cross-segment People Strategy & Operations function to drive workforce strategy and organizational capability during Walmart US’s AI-enabled transformation. The role partners with senior leaders to shape operating models, talent strategies, and enterprise-ready people systems that scale with digital and AI disruption. This leader will manage a team of directors and act as a strategic advisor to the SVP of End-to-End People to enable large-scale reinvention of people practices.
