Group ESG Manager

The Group ESG Manager at Rohlik is responsible for defining and leading the company's sustainability agenda across five European markets, ensuring compliance with EU regulations while embedding ESG principles into the organization’s operations and decision-making. This role involves setting ESG priorities and KPIs, preparing reports for senior leadership, and driving decarbonization initiatives while building awareness and fostering collaboration across multiple functions. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, the position requires a strong background in ESG, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
