The Group Exercise Instructor-Level I delivers YMCA group exercise classes on land and/or in water, providing safe, engaging fitness experiences for members. Reporting to the Wellness Director, this entry-level role supports wellness initiatives and community health programming across the branch. The instructor is expected to follow YMCA policies, safety procedures, and contribute to member satisfaction and retention.
