Group Exercise Instructor

Under the guidance of the Wellness Director, the Group Exercise Instructor leads group fitness classes for members and guests, developing and monitoring programs that include cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and flexibility. The role involves ensuring the maintenance of equipment and class areas while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment aligned with the organization's core values. Instructors are responsible for demonstrating safe exercise techniques, offering modifications, and promoting member involvement and character development.
