Group Exercise Instructor

Under the guidance of the Wellness Director, the Group Exercise Instructor provides leadership and guidance in group exercise settings to all members and guests. The role involves developing and monitoring fitness programs, including cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and flexibility, while ensuring the maintenance of equipment and class areas. The instructor is responsible for conducting planned, organized, and fun classes, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and ensuring participant safety.
