About this role

STAND, Inc. is seeking a Group Facilitator to provide structured group services to individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental-health conditions. The role involves facilitating four to six one-hour group sessions weekly, preparing recovery-focused content, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. This position supports participants in strengthening recovery skills and achieving meaningful change within a person-centered care environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate structured group sessions for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders
Prepare and deliver recovery-focused content using approved curricula and evidence-based practices
Complete accurate BIRP progress notes and maintain service documentation within 48 hours
