Group Facilitator

The Group Facilitator conducts evidence-based workforce readiness workshops and assesses participants' work readiness skills to support successful reentry. This role involves providing administrative support for enrollments and client follow-up while assisting with individual assessments to develop comprehensive service plans. The position requires collaboration with case managers and internal departments to ensure participants receive necessary wrap-around services.
