Group Facilitator

This role involves leading engaging and productive sessions with diverse groups to help individuals achieve their goals in a supportive environment. The position focuses on supporting and growing a court-mandated groups program, primarily completing domestic violence assessments and coordinating the domestic violence program. The facilitator will create a positive, inclusive atmosphere while managing group dynamics and ensuring all participants feel comfortable and motivated to contribute.
