Group Facilitator

Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Group Facilitator to deliver psychoeducation and specialty groups that support patients in achieving lasting recovery. The role involves leading 15–20 one-hour groups per week, providing patient coaching, and supporting operational needs to maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment. Full training and curriculum are provided to ensure consistent, high-quality care aligned with the organization's model.
