Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF)

The Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) supervises and coordinates the activities of Direct Support employees while managing the operations of one to three Non-ICF facilities. This role involves leading staff, ensuring compliance with person-centered plans, and providing oversight across all shifts to maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and mental health challenges. The position requires close collaboration with clinical staff, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring staff meet all training and certification requirements.
