Group Home Supervisor

The Group Home Supervisor leads and manages the operations of 1-3 non-ICF residential facilities, supervising Direct Support employees to ensure high-quality care for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and mental health challenges. This role involves coordinating with clinical staff, monitoring staff interactions, and ensuring compliance with training and safety standards. The position requires providing on-call coverage and maintaining a positive, person-centered environment.
