Group Home Supervisor

The Group Home Supervisor leads and directs Direct Support Associates while managing the operations of one to three non-ICF residential facilities. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance with training and safety standards, and maintaining positive interactions between employees and the individuals supported.
