Group HR Director

The Group HR Director leads the development and implementation of the Group's HR operating model across all countries of operation, reporting to the Group Director Human Capital & Legal. This role involves leading an international HR team, driving consistency across countries, and providing practical, business-oriented support to management. The position requires strong HR leadership in multi-country African environments with exposure to Private Equity.
