Group HR Systems Specialist

The Group HR Systems Specialist role supports the continuous improvement of HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors, by driving process optimization, system enhancements, and digital initiatives. This position collaborates with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure efficient HR operations, a consistent employee experience, and the adoption of HR technology across the organization. The specialist also coordinates system testing, implementation, user training, and annual HR processes like Performance Management and Merit Increase cycles.
