Group Lead, Test Engineering

The Test Engineering Group Lead provides strategic, technical, and organizational leadership for developmental, integration, qualification, and flight test activities across aerospace and UAS programs, onsite at our Tampa, Florida office. This role oversees a unified test and verification framework to ensure testing is requirements-driven, configuration-controlled, and traceable to objective evidence supporting formal compliance. The position acts as the functional authority for Test Engineering and serves as the bridge between Systems Engineering, Program Management, Safety, and Manufacturing.
