Group Lead

The Group Lead oversees daily production activities in the Steering Machining Department, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and output goals while troubleshooting and improving machining processes. This role involves training production associates on CNC machinery and automation systems, monitoring production metrics, and ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14000 standards. The position requires performing in-process inspections, conducting part and fixture changes, and maintaining accurate production reports.
