The Group Leader provides academic support and enriching activities for children in a safe and positive environment, ensuring compliance with EEC Licensing Requirements and QRIS Standards. This role involves planning developmentally appropriate activities, maintaining classroom cleanliness, and fostering social-emotional development through meaningful connections with children. The position requires collaboration with the Child Care Center Director and staff to uphold the mission and professionalism of the Greater Lawrence Community Action Council, Inc. Child Care Center.
