Group Leader

The Group Leader oversees the development and engagement of elementary and/or middle school students in the YWCA NYC after-school program, ensuring their safety and well-being while supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth. This role involves leading homework help, facilitating SEL and STEM activities, and maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment aligned with the organization's mission. The position requires effective communication with families and staff, as well as diligent administrative and record-keeping duties.
