Group Leader

The Group Leader position involves leading and working with co-ed youth groups to facilitate enrichment, project-based learning, and social-emotional development within Beacon Community Centers. This role requires fostering a positive and creative environment while ensuring participant safety and supervising other staff members. The position operates year-round on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and during the summer, collaborating with activity specialists to deliver integrated programming tailored to local community needs.
