The Group Manager leads and directs the sales organization across the five-store Phoenix area market to achieve sales, margin, and profitability goals. This role involves hiring, training, and coaching General Managers and store sales teams while communicating job expectations and reviewing performance against company standards. The position serves as the primary point of accountability for market-level performance and reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales.
