Octave is partnering with existing New York group practices to provide high-quality, accessible mental health care through a mix of virtual and in-person services. The company handles backend operations (credentialing, billing, marketing, technology support, and referrals) so partner clinicians can focus on client care. Partners join a community committed to evidence-based, culturally responsive therapy for adults. This role is structured as an ongoing collaboration between Octave and fully licensed clinicians in the partner practice.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Higher (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage/Family/Child Counseling)
- LMHC
- LMFT
- LCSW
- PsyD
- Licensed in New York
- 3+ Licensed Clinicians (Practice Level Requirement)
- 1+ Years Post-License (2+ Preferred)
- Training in CBT/DBT/Trauma-Focused Treatments
- Good Standing with Licensing Board
