Group Product Manager

This role leads the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Employer of Record offering, ensuring alignment with company objectives and measurable business outcomes. The position involves managing end-to-end product performance, translating complex regulations into automated workflows, and driving an AI-first approach to development. As a strategic leader, the role partners with Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, and Finance to influence business strategy and profitability. The incumbent will also coach and develop Product Managers, fostering a culture of problem ownership and continuous improvement.
