Group Rewards Manager

This role serves as a key member of the Group Rewards team, reporting to the Head of Group Rewards, with primary responsibility for Group performance management and asset-management compensation, particularly within private-markets businesses. The position focuses on developing and operating a Group performance-management framework and designing compensation and incentive programmes that align employee outcomes with business performance and strategic objectives. The incumbent will partner with senior management and HR business partners to ensure consistent performance standards and competitive reward structures across the organization.
